As the opposition Mian Altaf was speaking during the discussion on grant on social welfare during second sitting, the speaker adjourned the House for 10 minutes. “House is adjourned for 10 minutes due to lack of quorum,” Speaker said. The adjournment was apparently embarrassing for the social welfare minister who was alone in the House.
